Bt8 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and bt8, the operator of the online betting and casino platform at bt8-jit.com ("Platform"). These Terms take full effect the moment you register an account, make your first deposit, or actively use any bt8 service.

By using the bt8 Platform in any way — whether to browse, register, deposit, or play — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms. Lack of familiarity with any part of these Terms cannot be used as grounds to avoid the obligations contained within.

Bt8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual users. Your continued use of the bt8 Platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the bt8 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. bt8 takes age compliance seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Be a resident of Malaysia or be accessing the platform from within Malaysia. bt8 operates exclusively for the Malaysian market.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period from any betting platform, including a self-exclusion initiated through bt8 itself.
• Register only one account per individual. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with no refund of remaining balances.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Accounts using false information or another person's identity will be closed immediately.

Bt8 reserves the right to conduct identity verification on any account at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals or when there is reason to suspect non-compliance with these Terms. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card, utility bill, or bank statement as proof of address.

Each bt8 account is the exclusive responsibility of its owner. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials — including your username, password, and any associated verification codes.

Bt8 recommends taking the following steps to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on any other platform — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your bt8 account security settings for an added layer of protection.
• Never share your password or account information with anyone, including individuals claiming to be bt8 staff.
• Always log out of your bt8 account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify bt8 immediately at support@bt8-jit.com if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Bt8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. bt8 also reserves the right to restrict or temporarily suspend an account if suspicious login activity is detected, in order to protect the player.

Bt8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through local Malaysian payment methods, ensuring a fast, secure, and convenient experience for all Malaysian players.

Terms governing bt8 deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per deposit transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same or equivalent payment method used for the deposit. bt8 reserves the right to request this verification for security purposes.
• First withdrawal: Your first withdrawal after registration may require an identity verification process that takes between 1 and 24 business hours.
• All transactions in MYR: bt8 only accepts and processes transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currencies are accepted.
• Large jackpot withdrawals: Winnings exceeding MYR 100,000 require additional verification and will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Bt8 offers a variety of bonuses to Malaysian players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotions pages, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirement: Every bt8 bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. This requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus value — for example, a 10x requirement means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus validity period: Every bonus has a set validity period. Any bonus that is unused, or whose wagering requirements are not met within that period, will expire and be automatically credited back to bt8.

• bt8's right to void bonuses: bt8 reserves the right to revoke or cancel any bonus where bt8 suspects abuse, arbitrage betting strategies, or promotion misuse. bt8's decision in such matters is final.

All bets placed on the bt8 Platform are subject to the game-specific rules stated on each game's page, as well as the following general rules:

• Finality of bt8 decisions: All game outcomes generated by the bt8 system are final. bt8 uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG), and all results produced are valid and cannot be disputed solely on the grounds of player dissatisfaction.
• Technical errors: In the rare event that a technical error occurs during gameplay — whether on bt8's end or due to a player's network disruption — bt8 reserves the right to void the round or bet in question and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed: All bets confirmed and accepted by the bt8 system are considered final. Players may not cancel any bet that has been confirmed by the bt8 system.
• Result disputes: If you believe there is an error in a game result, you must contact bt8 support within 24 hours of the incident with relevant supporting evidence. bt8 will thoroughly investigate every complaint.
• Online games: All bt8 live casino games are operated by real dealers via live video stream. Live game outcomes are bound by actual physical results, and no RNG is involved in live dealer games.

Bt8 has zero tolerance for dishonest, fraudulent, or integrity-compromising behaviour on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to automate betting or exploit the bt8 system.
• Colluding with other players in poker or live table games to gain an unfair advantage over others.
• Exploiting technical errors or obvious odds-setting mistakes — players are required to report any anomalies immediately.
• Bonus abuse through betting strategies deliberately designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising actual risk, including arbitrage betting across opposing markets.
• Using another person's identity or payment details under any circumstances.
• Attempting to upload malicious software or carry out cyberattacks against bt8's infrastructure.
• Any form of money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources through the bt8 Platform.

Bt8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Confirmation that an account is owned or used by an individual under 18 years of age.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering activity requiring further investigation.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• When a player voluntarily requests self-exclusion or account closure.

In cases of temporary suspension for investigation purposes, bt8 will notify the player within 5 business days with a reasonable explanation. If the investigation confirms that a violation has occurred, the account will be permanently closed and any balance linked to fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Legitimate balances from the player's personal deposits will be returned once the investigation is concluded, at bt8's discretion.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bt8 support. Any unused balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, once all applicable conditions have been met.

All content on the bt8 Platform — including the bt8 name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game databases, animations, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of bt8 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the bt8 Platform for personal and recreational purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or selling any part of the bt8 platform.
• Using the bt8 name, logo, or brand in any marketing materials or public communications without bt8's written consent.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of bt8's software.

Any infringement of bt8's intellectual property rights will result in appropriate legal action under applicable Malaysian law.

Bt8 strives to keep the Platform running consistently and without interruption. However, bt8 cannot guarantee that the service will always be available free from disruptions, delays, or technical errors. bt8 will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from temporary service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bt8's control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the bt8 Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Losses arising from internet outages or device connectivity issues beyond bt8's control.

Bt8's total liability to you in any situation will not exceed the total amount you deposited into your bt8 account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise provided under applicable Malaysian law.

Bt8 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. Betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress. bt8 provides the following self-control tools to all players:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your bt8 account settings. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss limit: bt8 can automatically pause betting once the loss limit you have set is reached within a session.
• Session time limits: Set a daily session time limit or enable reminder notifications after a set period to avoid extended play sessions.
• Periodic breaks: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During this period, access to all bt8 games will be fully suspended.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action relating to the bt8 platform shall be initiated in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Bt8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
